Who’s baking
One kitchen, one starter,
a lot of Thursdays.
Kyra East bakes everything here herself, in a home kitchen, from one sourdough starter she keeps going week to week. Thursday is the long day. Friday morning it all goes out to the stand.
There’s no second location and no wholesale line. What’s on the shelf is what came out of the oven.
