- Main restock is Friday morning, with the stand topped up through the weekend. Everything is first come, first served.

How the week runs
Come Friday if you can
First come, first served — nothing is held back or reserved, so the shelves are at their best early in the weekend.
Thursday
The long baking day. Most of what goes out to the stand is made the day before.
Friday
Main restock, first thing. This is when the shelves are fullest — and when the week's list goes up on Facebook.
Saturday & Sunday
Open again, topped up through the weekend as things sell.
One more place
Out at Callahan, sometimes
Brownie bites and donuts turn up on their table when they set up. When Easy Peasy Sips & Eats set up at the Winn-Dixie in Callahan, some of our baking usually goes with them. Their page is the place to check before you go.
